CITTIE OF LONDON BRIGADE
dress codes
We know that reenactor kit is expensive, and that its senseless to throw away perfectly good costume on the whim of a new Brigade Commander, but the guidance issued below is to establish a minimum standard to advise new members purchasing kit for the first time, and to guide existing members when replacing old or worn out gear. No-one is being forced to change right now, but we should always be aspirational in our standards, and by agreeing kit standards across the brigade we will raise the standard to a level to be envied by other formations.
